As part of our dedication to the advancement of our youth, Nu Phi Chapter in conjunction with the Omega Nu Phi Education Center, awards several scholarships annually. 


There are many criteria used to determine award recipients. These include academic performance, financial need, co-curricular activity and community involvement.

Please read the document below and submit your completed application to the scholarship chairman, whose contact information is listed later in the document. GOOD LUCK!

Eligibility criteria
Graduating senior
Entering an accredited college or university
Need for financial resources
Demonstrate academic performance
Co-curricular activity
Community involvement

A copy of high school transcript
A copy of sat and or act
Complete a 300 word biographical sketch of yourself
Provide a professional headshot picture
300-word essay on one of the following topics: 

     ■ What is the importance of receiving a post-secondary education and degree?

     ■ What is the greatest socio-economic challenge facing your community today?
     ■ Why should young adults participate in our country’s political system?
     ■ How can economic empowerment lead to social and political change?
